Where is the showroom?
The ZOLANO display is in the atrium at 名家居世博园 on Furniture Avenue, Houjie, Dongguan. See the venue travel link below and confirm the meeting point and display availability with your existing sales contact before travelling.
How do I know whether a sofa will fit?
Measure the room, entrances and walkways, then check the overall width and depth of your chosen configuration. Allow space for the table, standing up and moving through the room. Check the delivery access route as well.
Does modular mean electric?
No. Modular describes how separate pieces can be arranged. Powered movement is a different feature and must be confirmed for the specific model and configuration.
What makes a complete standalone armchair?
Check the seat module, arms on both sides and the way the parts connect. An armless seat module is not a complete armchair. Confirm the parts list for the model.
What do MF, FSA and NuBuck mean?
In the showroom product information, MF means fabric, FSA means leather and NuBuck refers to nubuck. Available options differ by model; confirm against the relevant samples and item list.
How is a configuration priced?
The seats, arms, corner modules, upholstery and delivery arrangements can affect the quotation. Prepare a complete list before comparing prices. The existing 3776 planner provides reference retail prices for its configurations.
Will the colour match my screen?
Lighting, photography and screen settings affect the appearance of colour. Check a physical sample and record the exact upholstery and colour in the order confirmation.
Can I see every model in person?
Showroom displays change. Tell your existing sales adviser which model you want to see and confirm its availability before travelling.
Can you deliver outside Dongguan or overseas?
Provide the delivery city and destination so a sales adviser can confirm the services, costs and arrangements available for your order. This page does not promise worldwide delivery or export services.
How do I confirm warranty and lead time?
Ask for the terms and lead time for the specific product before ordering. Record them alongside the model, upholstery and configuration in your order confirmation.
